This single storey house was originally designed by Leonard Manasseh is a part of a cluster of houses which are seen as significant example of 1960s British Architecture.

The extensive refurbishment included a new kitchen and two new bathrooms with new solid timber floors throughout. The client's brief for a simple clutter free space was behind the decision for seamless cabinets along the walls. The purpose made furniture in the same timber as the floors were introduced where suitable.
